In the company settings, you have the flexibility to customize various aspects. Enter your company name, address, VAT number, and Chamber of Commerce number to provide accurate information.

You can also set your opening hours, which will be displayed to users when they create a file submission. Even if you're closed, users can still request their files, but they will be informed that processing will occur on the next working day.

Notification Settings

Take control of your notifications by specifying your preferences. Receive email alerts when customers request file tunings, and add multiple email addresses for notifications. Customize settings for both file tunings and support ticket requests.

Payment Options

At Ecuchipservice, we integrate with the Mollie payment gateway. You have the flexibility to choose the payment options you want to offer. Our portal supports all payment options available on Mollie, including PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and more. Simply request your account from Mollie, enter the approved API key in our portal, and start accepting payments from your customers.
