These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ecuchipservice Portal ("the Portal") provided by Webfox-IT ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Portal.

Use of the Portal
1.1 The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Portal.
1.2 You understand and agree that the use of the Portal is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use or inability to use the Portal.

User Responsibilities
2.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information you submit or provide through the Portal.
2.2 You agree not to use the Portal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Portal.

Intellectual Property
3.1 The Portal and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Webfox-IT and are protected by intellectual property laws.
3.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Portal or its contents without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
4.1 We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Portal or any content therein.
4.2 We do not warrant that the Portal will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We shall not be responsible for any disruptions, technical issues, or loss of data.

Indemnification
5.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Webfox-IT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Portal.

Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law
7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Severability
8.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to the Terms
9.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Portal. By continuing to use the Portal after the modifications, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.
