What you can customise
Logo & login image
Upload your company logo (up to 2 MB) and a full-screen login hero image (up to 4 MB). Your logo appears in the sidebar and header of every page your customers visit. The hero image greets them the moment they open the login screen — a professional first impression before they even sign in.
Seven brand colours
The portal colour system gives you complete control over how your brand feels:
- Primary colour — buttons, highlights, and interactive elements throughout the UI
- Sidebar background — the navigation panel that customers see on every page
- Sidebar text and active state — so selected items stand out in your palette
- Page background — the main content area
- Card background — panels, tables, and data surfaces
- Body text — readable contrast on any background
Every colour is set with a live hex picker and the portal updates in real time as you make changes. No code. No reloading.
Company information
Set your company name, email, phone, address, VAT ID, and KVK number. This information flows automatically into the PDF invoices your customers download and into every transactional email they receive. No manual template editing — update it once, it appears everywhere.
Your own subdomain, out of the box
When you sign up, you choose a subdomain: yourcompany.ecuchipservice.com. That is your portal URL from day one. Customers bookmark it, share it, and associate it with your business — not ours.
Custom domain support (e.g. portal.yourcompany.com) is on the roadmap and will be available on higher-tier plans.
Completely isolated from other tuners
EcuChipService runs a multi-tenant architecture. Your data, files, branding, and customer accounts live in a dedicated environment that is separate from every other tuner on the platform. Your customers never see another business's content, and your business configuration never leaks into another portal.
Consistent branding end-to-end
Your branding is not a skin — it is baked into every surface:
- The sidebar and navigation your customers use daily
- The login page they see when they first arrive
- Every PDF invoice generated from a credit purchase
- Every automated email (order confirmations, submission status updates, credit alerts)
