1. About EcuChipService

EcuChipService is a white-label ECU tuning portal, a product of Webfox-IT(KvK 82806314), registered in the Netherlands. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the EcuChipService platform and website.

By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

EcuChipService provides dealers in the ECU tuning industry with a branded, white-label customer portal. The service allows dealers to manage file requests, communicate with customers, and present a professional branded experience — without building their own software.

We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify the platform at any time. We will inform active subscribers of significant changes in advance.

3. Account

Access to the platform requires an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information during onboarding and keep it up to date. Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to third parties without our prior written consent.

4. Subscription & payment

• The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is communicated during onboarding.
• After your portal is set up, you will receive a payment link each month when your subscription period ends. Payment is due upon receipt.
• If payment is not received within 3 days, a payment reminder is sent.
• If payment remains outstanding after 7 days, access to your portal will be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.
• There is no free trial period. You may request a demo before committing to a subscription.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Upon cancellation, your portal and associated data will be retained for 90 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The EcuChipService platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Webfox-IT and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during the subscription period.

Content you upload to your portal (logos, files, text) remains your property. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Webfox-IT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the incident.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
